DEADLINE FOR PROCEEDING SUBMISSION:	Friday, April 28, 2006
PROCEEDING FORMAT:	Use the template provided on the proceeding web page. We will not process any other formats. See below for the template files.
NUMBER OF PAGES:	Invited talk - 8 pages Contributed talk and poster paper - 4 pages.
ADDRESS FOR PROCEEDING SUBMISSION:	labastro@physics.unlv.edu

Use the following example files to prepare your paper using the AASTeX format. Use Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) format for pictures/figures.

• f1.eps

Use zip or tar to combine the files associated with your submission and email the resulting archive file to labastro@physics.unlv.edu.

All authors are invited to prepare a paper of their presentation. This paper will be included in the official proceedings of this Workshop. The maximum page number for invited talk is 8, contributed and poster paper is 4.

This document will be published as a numbered NASA Conference Proceedings (CP) and will also be posted on the NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS). The report will include papers of presentations made at the Workshop as well as programmatic recommendations and issues generated during the break-out groups.
