This announcement provides information concerning:

Agenda and Registration

The agenda has been revised to include:

  1. Monday evening registration session at the Lobby of the Bigelow Physics Building. Workshop attendees that arrive on Monday are encouraged to pick up the registration material on Monday afternoon between 4:00 and 7:00pm. This will reduce the registration load on Tuesday morning. We only have half an hour on Tuesday to complete the registration. The Workshop will begin on time at 08:30 am Tuesday.
  2. The revised agenda will also include schedules for the contributed talks. Participants who want to use power point for their presentations are encouraged to store their data in USB memory sticks or CDs.

Please note that the location of the Poster session and Reception has been changed. The new location is in the Lobby of the Bigelow Physics Building (BPB). The location for the oral presentation is still at the Grant Hall of the Tam Alumni Center (TAC). A Campus map will be available in the Lobby of the two designated Hotels.
