This tar file CPD.tar.gz contains all the SEDs in Figure 1 of Zhu 2015 (the figure above) and the supermongo script to reproduce this plot. In the script, magt is commented. If you uncomment that, it will give you magnitudes of the disks which are given as Table in my paper.
Each SED is under the folder such as 1em5, which means MdotM=1e-5 Msun MJupiter/year.
In each file, the first column is the wavelength (wl), and you only need the third column for the flux (fl1). The second and forth columns are some fluxes with including the central planet flux (here I assume is zero). The conversion to the proper unit in the paper is fnu=fl1/(3.e10/(wl*1.e-4)/100)
