       SUSPECT Index.

       SUSPECT Index: SN 1999by Ia.
There are 17 SN 1999by spectra from garnavich2004. So one is missing that we could get from the cfa supernova archive.
Also the dates on SUSPECT are a bit suspect. Check the headers and garnavich2004.
I think what happened is that SUSPECT got most of the dates wrong and don't have the real may13 spectrum.
What SUSPECT calls the may13 spectrum is the may14 spectrum.
I think the SUSPECT headers are right for the spectra.
I think all the garnavich spectrum from SUSPECT are not deredshifted.
In the may08 and may14 spectra (the real ones) the telluric line is not blueshifted.
Those are the only ones we can check.

       vinko2001 Specifically on SN 1999by.
Spectrosocpy of limited time and wavenlength coverage.
       Mostly redundant with garnvich2004.

CORRECTIONS: Heliocentric velocity 636 +/- 2 km/s (2007jun28) from
              NGC 2841 (Leda).
              Galactic foreground reddening 0.07/4=.0175 from
              NGC 2841 (Leda)
              This is derived from
              Schlegel et al. (1998)

OBSERVATIONS: From 1) SUSPECT: all from garnavich2004, but missing the real may13 I think. 2) Eddie Baron: just two garnavich2004 spectra. 3) David Branch /home/branch/synow/99by: just the garnavich spectra. 4) CfA supernova archive: all the garnavich spectra I think.
