Caption: Neo-Druids at Stonehenge, Salisbury Plain, Wiltshire, England.
Although the details of the practices of Neo-Druids certainly differ substantially from those of the Neolithic Britons (which probably varied considerably with time), the spirit of the two sets of practices may NOT be so remote from each other in some respects---observances, rituals, dressing up, partying.
The Neolithic Britons were the Stonehengers.
By the way, the Neolithic Britons were NOT Celts and had NO Druids---but they probably had religion specialists.
On the other hand, Night of the Demon (1957 film) is all true. See Night of the Demon | 1957 | Theatrical Trailer (US) | 2:19: What Stonehenge was doing in Night of the Demon (1957 film) was never explained. Film director: Jacques Tourneur (1904--1977). Starring: Athene Seyler (1889--1990), Dana Andrews (1909--1992), Niall MacGinnis (1913--1977), Peggy Cummins (1925--2017).
