The ULTIMATE DEADLINE for the reporting reading-homework-self-testings is the day BEFORE my grades are due which is usually the Tuesday after finals, whether regular semester or summer semester (see Submission of Grades to the Registrar).

It is the STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that the instructor has recorded all reading-homework-self-testings the student has done before the ULTIMATE DEADLINE.

You can check your reading-homework-self-testings by looking at the Posted Grade Records under your anonymous alias.

So before loafing begins, check that reading-homework-self-testings have been recorded in the Posted Grade Records.

1. The student's name is omitted or illegible.
2. The student says "I'm all caught up." This is too vague since I've no clear idea what the student regards as caught up or where they started their count.
3. The student reports reading-homework-self-testings for IALs that are NOT required for their course: i.e, they are in Ast 103/4, but report reading-homework-self-testings that are ONLY required for Ast 104/3.
4. The report is NOT noticeable when on group activity answer slips. I just glance at the slips of paper.
5. The group activity slip fails to make it clear who is reporting the reading-homework-self-testings.
6. The student thinks they have reported reading-homework-self-testings, but have lost track of their reports and actually they have NOT reported those reading-homework-self-testings.
7. Assuming reading-homework-self-testing -1, the Course Website / Extended Syllabus, will be automatically counted as having been read-homework-self-tested. It must be reported as for any of the actual IALs.
