Hi David,

After a long time I have been able to complete
the photometric reductions of SN 1999ee, which
allowed me to improve the flux calibration of the
spectra. Also, I was able to estimate the host galaxy
reddening and correct the fluxes accordingly.

Following this message is a uuencoded, gzipped, tar
file containing the spectra, a README file, and postscript
plots. Please let me know if you have any problems.

I an working on the text of the paper. I hope I can
have something done in the course of next week.
