SPECTRUM LOG:

     JD times for the SN 1999ac spectra of garavini2005 and phillips2006.
     Bmax 1999mar13.5 (JD 2451251.0 +/- 0.5) in B (phillips2006).

     The garavini2005 spectra seem to be all in the rest frame.
     They give rest-frame wavelength in their Table 1 and the
     ranges correspond to the spectra from SUSPECT.

     phillips2006 give observer-frame since the 7600 A telluric line
     is unshifted in the feb28, mar11, and mar21.
