SPECTRUM LOG: JD times for the SN 1999aa spectra of garavini2004. Bmax 1999feb22.87 (JD 2451232.37 +/- .23) (krisciunas2000, p. 667) Somewhat different values are given by others and someone needs to make a definitive decision. The garavini2004 spectra all seem to be in the rest frame. The JD dates and SUSPECT header dates for the spectra are inconsistent and show other deviations. For example the first JD corresponds to feb13 not feb15. I've asked Gabriele Garavini to clarify this. Here I try to use the JDs that I think garavini2004 used. Dates wrong now.
