DISCOVERY:  1993mar28.86 UT (JD 2449075.36) by Francisco Garcia {ripero1993}.
            But there was a detection on a CCD image from 1993mar28.3 according to
            {richmond1994} p. 1029.
MAX:  1993apr17.2 UT (JD 2449094.7) in UVOIR bolometric from {richmond1994}.  This is neary V maximum too.

SUPERNOVA of the YEAR:  10.
