St. Peter's Square, Vatican City, Rome Christopher Wren's (1632--1723) Library at Trinity College, Cambridge. The library was constructed 1676-90 while Newton was Lucasian professor of mathematics at Trinity College. The image shows the library that closes in in the west end of Nevile's Court of Trinity College.
