The total solar flux above the Earth's atmosphere at the mean mean orbital radius 1 astronomical unit (AU) is the solar constant 1367.6 W/m**2 (see NASA Earth fact sheet). The value of the solar constant varies a bit depending on the reference and maybe on how exactly it is calculated.
