The Ethnic Express International Folk Dancers have been dancing in Las Vegas since 1978. We do dances from all over the world: Armenia, the British Isles, China, Eastern Europe, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Norway, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, the United States, and more. Lines, circles, couples, mixers. Every week there is teaching, reviewing, request dancing, dance event notifications for Las Vegas and California, socializing. Beginners, visiting dancers, visiting dance teachers are always welcome: no age, expertise, or gender barriers. There are easy dances for beginners; and always easy dances to osmose. Advanced dances for cognoscenti. Revels for all.

Our dance space is the Charleston Heights Arts Center. It has an excellent large wood dance floor and a large wall mirror. Dance, films, art exhibits, other exhibits, performances, and bridge playing all happen there---sometimes simultaneously.

The Ethnic Express puts on small, low-key dance performances and dance workshops at schools, community festivals, and wherever. All members are invited to participate.

Where, When, How Much, Who?

• When: Most Wednesdays 6:30--9:00 pm, scheduled teaching 6:30--7:15 pm. No meetings on Wednesday legal holidays. We do meet over the summer including August.

• Where: At the Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St., Box Office Tel. 702-229-6383. S. Brush St. runs north from W. Charleston Blvd. and is at the first light west of S. Decatur Blvd.

• Cost: Weekly dues $3:00???; Yearly dues $10.00 ???
