In order to study star formation in galaxies we have obtained UV/Optical imaging and spectroscopy with STIS of UV bright morphologically peculiar and interacting galaxies. The interacting pair NGC 3395 and NGC 3396, the three galaxies NGC 3991, 3994, and 3995 and the starburst galaxy NGC 4194
